I'm unable to create a transaction with the v0.17.2.0 GUI. It says Destinations and amounts are unequal.

Appears to be a bug with Qt 5.12

works with Qt 5.15

that's also why it only shows up on Mac... we only use Qt 5.12 for Mac release binaries
