currently "Source Code" at getmonero.org/downloads points to github repo

Now that we will host tarballs of the sources on the website, shall we point "Source Code" to these tarballs, and add a new plateform "Repository" pointing to github?

Not urgent, I'll release today without changing anything anyway

e.g. homebrew uses the github stable tag to see if a new version is out so it would be good it they are in sync with releases

I used to compile full tarballs including all the submodules

this is what I did

yep that's what we did for this release

that's better than what git provides

which lacks submodules
