18080 is for talking to other nodes, no need to proxy those

they do, but going over tor for those is overkill and will slow you down a bunch

18089 is where wallets connect to your node. If you want to offer that service over tor as well, you could add it to your tor config to allow inbound connections

So the wallet users connect to you over tor to sync their wallet and make transactions, and then you relay them to the rest of the network over clearnet (under the protection of dandelion)

and for clear domain, you can host custom nameserver and change rotate few ips
