The irony is the person who registered the ... domain name, a fake identity no doubt but the number correlates to an area of a whatsapp number from a person who did the actual stealing, I traced the transactions, from my foolish brothers' account to a 90 BTC account and then into a 1600 BTC account. However there are direct wallets that are quite large also connected to other fraudulent transfers. I'm just looking for advice.
