The problem with minexmr is that it's a very large pool, and very large pools are "unhealthy" for the entire network

You will earn the same amount of xmr on smaller pools

minexmr is the largest pool and it is important that the hash rate is more distributed, high hasharte evens out the variance a bit but you get the same rate on all pools
